        The Best. Nice Young Lady, very helpful even after they were closed. They'll always get my business. But I do miss the Red-Headed Step-Dog. Never did me any harm.

        Used Crossroads Storage for several years and never had any issues. They keep the yard clean. Never had a rodent issue. My friend had a storage up the road and it was always full of droppings and dead mice. I've never saw mouse droppings at Crossroads. Contacting management is easy. If they miss a call, they return it everytime. Not saying to be late but there was times when I forgot to pay on time and they never made me feel bad about it. They politely called to let me know I missed it but we're not rude or disrespectful in any way. Always felt my belongings were safe there . Like any outside storage, you will get dust inside, but they do what they can to remove extra dust and debris from the area. I do recommend this storage facility.
