Outstanding Shop. I had the pleasure to be broken down in the phoenix area needing assistance on a 4000 mile trip. After having two bad diagnostics from 2 different shops in Phoenix I called Johnathan asking for help. Turns out that was by far my best decision yet. I had previously needlessly rebuilt my engine on a tarp in the desert following my second bad diagnostics so needless to say my faith in shops, my money and my courage was running low. Jonathan recognized all that and went overboard showing me what was wrong and how to fix it going as far as to tell me that he'd reimburse me if I ever proved he was wrong. He worked double time getting me my parts quick and he did litteraly everything he could to insure I'd have fast and adequate service and was even available for questions and thoughts while I was rebuilding my bike. He showed me that he and his shop cared for the motorcycle community. Thanks John.

This guy was so helpful and changed a part on my bike. Because it only took 5 min he refused my payment. Honest people are rare and he is definately one of the rare ones.
