Very poor customer service! We have these pavers around our pool and love them. We put in an order to add to them and was told they will be making them in 6 mos. We waited and waited for over a year, I had to initiate all the communication or else I would never hear from CS. Emailing back and forth and still no pavers...very frustrating because now we need to find a different paver to try and match.

We've waited and waited and waited for product, and we keep hearing "we'll be pouring it next week." Either they are incompetent (no control of manufacturing) or dishonest--but either way, we've moved on to another product.

Were a commercial client and cant get these guys to return an email. Would have been nice to work with a smaller company in our state, but we have no choice but to use Stepstone out of LA again at this point.

Absolutely the worst company in the industry, all they do is lie about their production time. Five months into the order and still no product. Promise after promise broke. Do not buy this product unless they have it in stock and you can verify that. They deserve zero stars.

Fast loading. Truckers take 387 to cottonwood to thornton to 84 to Vip blvd. N vice versa
