This place is horrible when it comes to keeping their appointment times. I have made two appointments and the first one they called and canceled because they were closing early. I made an appointment for today, Sunday March 17th at 10am on Friday. Got here and they are not open. They should have known that they were not going to open yesterday so they should have called and canceled. I live about 30 minutes away. Not happy at all.

Been here previously and happy with the stylist. Made an appointment yesterday afternoon for this morning. Got there on time, waited about 30 minutes. Went to do my shopping. AN HOUR & a HALF later still not one person had shown up to even open the salon whose hours are posted as 9-7. Of course they don't ask for a phone number to contact you in case of changes, but if no one even shows up, how do they conduct business?

I stopped by just now for a quick trim only to find the only person working snoring away in one of the barber chairs. Certainly not about to wake her up and expect her to be able to cut straight.
