I cane into this store yesterday with my lottery tickets. Denise was cashier and she checked my tickets for winners as she scanned 20 of my tickets the machine was not ringing a few of the tickets therefore i was told winnings were 205 but it was 245$. I held on to my tickets counted them out and asked her to count how many white tickets she had and she refused. This person has no customer service skills and had no interest in assisting me because she was trying to embezzle money or she was trying to cash the others that didnt ring up herself. Instead of assisting me with cashing in my tickets and handling this like a humn being she decided to tell other customers to come around me so she can assist them. I was not being confrontational and di not curse at her or act like a child. Instead i took the 205$ and left and while walking out the door she said do not come back. This is my own hard money that i work for to purchase these tickets and for her to not even attempt to help me by counting out the white tickets just clearly shows the work ethic thats in her. I need someone to reach out asap or i will be contacting an attorney. Per previous teview on this store this is not the first time this has happened.

Lottery machine messed up and store employee cusded me out very rude will never go back in there would not recommend to anyone
