        The people here are very immature, they do not know how to communicate properly, the lady who answers the phone seems to be very uneducated on her job, I had a pleasant experience with the manager, however it seems that employees under him are only there for a paycheck, I hope this review finds the manager well, as I have delt with rent a center at another location, this one by far needs help, education and employee professionalism schooling-too much horseplay, items being dropped or bagged before taking to customer- personally seen this event.
