Unorganized place and they messed up on my sister's name on her prayer card. When I left calls and voice-mail, they weren't consistent on getting me a call back. Maybe they had new workers but wasn't impressed by them at all.

When my uncle who lived in Casa Grande, I live in Ohio, passed away and I suddenly needed a crematory service to follow his wishes and to bring him 'home'. I did my research on facilities in Casa Grande which included visually looking at the facilities and the ratings. Most places were big beautiful churches and they had the big beautiful prices. When I saw the ratings for Angels In Waiting I thought well lets go in and see what they are all about. Immediately after walking in and being greeted I felt comfortable there. The staff made me feel like my uncle and I were the two most important people in the world. After dealing with them for three days their compassion and can do attitude definately helped me through my trying time. I had time constraint issues to deal with and they even did some legwork after hours to insure I was able to bring my uncle back to Ohio with me. If you should find yourself needing this service please give these guys a chance, unless you like throwing money away. Thank you again staff for caring and making this as easy as possible.
