Extremely rude Everytime I deal with the pharmacy they get angry for asking questions forced me to stand up with no pain relief in a line instead of allowing me in my condition to wait and be heard in my car the second time they were rude over me asking what substitute prescription was available since what I was prescribed wasn't in stock and this includes their pharmacy manager I have always chosen CVS over Walgreens this is extremely disappointing

This is such a rude store! Called to get my RX transferred since I moved recently and the member said "it'll be ready by tomorrow" and just hung up. What if I had more questions or needed it by today? I can see why this store has such a low rating.. I work for a company under CVS and this is very inappropriate customer/patient service.

Five people working in the pharmacy, I was the only customer and they all thought they were too busy to greet me or serve me all I want to know was the price of a prescription and was told that they cant give me the price unless my doctor sends them the prescription and then they fill it and then I come in and ask. I found this rather unbelievable. After I made a purchase and went to the front, the young checkout girl acted like she was doing me a favour, checking me out. Not the CVS store that I remember.

UPDATE: THEY CLOSED IT. GOOD JOB CVS! Went through drive thru and noticed person in front of me using the phone receiver. When it was my turn they told me to pick up the phone receiver. I didn't want to because I just tested negative for covid after testing positive for two weeks. I told him that and asked them when they were going to fix the intercom because it isn't sanitary for sick people to use the same phone receiver. He said he didn't know. Having every person in a pharmacy drive through use the same phone receiver is like having them use the same kleenex. Number one concern needs to be to limit the spread of germs... Fix it please!
