    Have been not putting through delivery orders behind CUSTOMERS backs including on store service especially against families. Arab staff, drug attic and homeless activity.

    Unfortunately, I just erased my original review instead of just adding to it because I no longer feel the same way that I once did for many different reasons. I don't have time to name them all right now so ill just start with today's visit. Today I went in there to buy a few things and while I was getting checked out,the guy that was next in line,gets out of line,hands a $5 bill to the clerk to pay for his fountain drink and says to the clerk,"Look,I'm in a hurry so just use what I just gave you to pay for my drink and then whatever is left,use it to help pay for her stuff". He was talking about me. But, the clerk didn't use the change to help pay for my stuff. I paid for all of my stuff. Which isn't why I'm upset. I mean,I intended to pay for all of my own stuff when I walked in the store so its not like it was some big surprise when I ended up paying for all of my own stuff. The reason that I am upset is because it was wrong for the clerk to not do what that guy said to do with his money. Instead as far as I could tell,the clerk kept it for himself which is stealing. I mean,is that the type of person that 7-11 is proud to employ and represent their brand and what it stands for??? Sadly, this incident isn't the only incident or reason that I deleted my original review and re-wrote my whole review. My family and I have been going to this 7-11 for almost 9 years now which is a decent amount of time and I'd say that the first 5 years,this was my whole family's favorite and "go to" convenience store and we hardly ever had any kind of issue with this store or any of their employees. Even,in the rare event that we had an issue arise, all we had to do was talk to the manager or owner of the store, explain the problem and show them the receipt,IF we had it and they always did what they could to rectify the problem even if we didn't have the receipt. But, slowly but surely over the last 4 years the management,which has been the same people for the last almost 9 years,has just stopped caring about doing good business especially when it comes to their "regulars"(repeat customers). More than likely they aren't even interested enough in listening to you explain what the issue so that they can even try and determine if its a valid complaint or issue that they need to rectify or if its just a customer complaining about something that isn't even the stores responsibility to care about. It doesn't matter if its something that they should make right and it doesn't even matter if you have the receipt or can prove your case,All that they will do,at the most,is pretend to listen to your complaint,once you're done,they look at you like you're stupid and give you a fake apology and tell you to have a nice day and expect that to be enough. They also have drinks that they charge $1.50 more for certain flavors. The 1 and only difference is the flavor. Every where else charges the same price doesn't matter what flavor it is. And all the employees except for this one lady are all very rude when you ask them anything. Its sad to see how much this store and its employees (management included) has changed and not for the the better.
