        Mandy has poor work ethics, and even worse communication. It should not take her 10 days to respond to a request for an appt. Her excuse was that she has been on vacation. She obviously had her phone with her. All she needed to do was msg 6 letters. "On Vaca". She is rude. I also found it alarming that on my last appt. she allowed her toddler to run around the Salon. Don't bother.

        Stephanies studio is amazing! The staff is wonderful always cheerful and welcoming! The services are always exactly what I am asking, I have been going here 8+ years and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Stephanie Alderetes studio is more than just a shop it is an experience! Highly recommend!!
