        We took our truck in to have our battery replaced. The woman (manager) came out with some wires, etc. to test things and said the battery did not need replacing. After taking it home and trying to charge the battery to Start our vehicle, we spent $150 at an auto shop who told us the battery wouldn't take a charge. Took the battery back and the same woman, with an attitude, said the battery was fine. She told us to take it home and charge it. My husband said something about driving all the way back to Eloy and she said, I'm going to replace the battery. It has a small bulge in the side. We will never go back to Auto Zone again. After that run-around and putting up with her attitude and the money we had to put out, it will never be worth doing business with the Auto Zone on Florence Blvd again.
