Crash Champions Collision Repair Casa Grande

I'm rating service king as 1 star as my vehicle is still there going on 2 months. I can't pin this on them entirely as I think the insurance who's supposed to be paying is playing games however; I don't get any calls or updates, the website has an check repair button but it apparently doesn't work. When I decide to call them for an update which is normally about 2 times a week they tell me they're gonna call the insurance to find out what the delay is then call me back. I never get a return call from anyone . A lot of times when I do call service king I don't get a hold of anyone it either rings continuously or has me leave a voicemail. They never call me back. I'm assuming that now that my trucks been there two months the battery is probably dead as well and I had a small oil leak that has likely leaked everything out by now.

They've had my car 2 months, I was supposed to get it back this friday and they are postponing the date again. The manager never called back when they said they would, my insurance had to call to finally get an update. I'm assuming they are going to keep it atleast another month because that's how long they postponed it last time. I wish my insurance could pick it up and take it somewhere where it can finally get fixed. I have many health conditions I can't even go to my appointments, I have to keep calling to reschedule them. I had a lot of appointments this month that I'll have to cancel again. I'll never come back or recommend anyone to this company.
