I recently came across their listing for an online sale they were holding today (10/12/22) at 6:00pm. There are a handful of items I'm really excited to buy. I read, and followed, the instructions on the "online sale" page. Opened up my iPad and got to their site a few minutes early. At 6:00p, I'm eagerly hitting the refresh button, waiting for the sale to start and prices to appear. Nothing. A few minutes pass, I keep trying. Maybe they got a late start? No! Called the number on their site, which says open until 10:00pm, no answer. I started to see "sold out" notices appearing on my list of favorited items. WTH? I check again and there is not a single item w/ a price showing. It turns out, in the year 2022, these guys hold online sales w/ a website that doesn't work for mobile devices. "First come, first served" really meant "first buyer w/ a traditional PC..." What a lousy and disappointing experience. If I wanted to watch other people buying items out from under me, I could have just gone to the "sold" section of eBay and wouldn't have had my hopes dashed. :(Edit: Added a star due to the nice reply from the business. To be clear: my issue wasn't with fast sellouts. Even at 6:23, on the iPad browser, the listings that were NOT sold out didn't show as available to buy, while they did on the PC browser.

After interviewing three estate sale companies, it was clear that Ace of Estates was the best choice. I was very impressed by the professionalism, consideration, and compassion that unfolded throughout the entire process. The sale was well organized and generated a great deal of traffic. I would recommend Ace of Estates in an instant to anyone who needs an estate sale in Scottsdale.

One of the best auction houses around...in addition to excellent communication, they offer in-house shipping at very reasonable costs, and their packing is excellent as well...no complaints...thanks Damion!

I just received a check from an estate sale performed by Ace of Estates. I could not be happier. They sold pretty much everything. The online estate sale allowed family members to purchase items from different states, which Ace shipped directly to them. The way they presented the estate items in pictures was really amazing. I am really impressed with their professionalism.
