I would put no stars if possible after my encounter with Ronda today. She has done my taxes for years, but now I am going someplace else for sure. She was completely rude and unprofessional because I did not understand a few things and had some questions for her. She obviously did not want to help me any further and was obviously annoyed because she had to redo some paperwork. She blew me off and told me that I have to go figure it out myself. I am no tax specialist, but I know how to treat guests in my profession. Both of those ladies in there are rude. They roll thier eyes and act like you are stupid for asking them questions. They had a bunch of numbers wrong and couldn't handle it when I pointed it out. She freaked out and started wanting to create an argument. I told her I am not arguing. Just had some questions. She admitted the numbers were off. Clearly she did not want to help. Good ridden to these angry business owners that are unprofessional and rude to their clients. If you are good at keeping your mouth shut and never asking any questions you will get along great with Ronda and her eye rolling assistant. If you ever want to ask her questions, you better watch out! Yikes...

They have been doing accounting for me and my parents for 20 plus years, and I would have no one else do it. I can count on and trust them, and they are reasonable pricing.
