Visit to store today for animal feed (chickens, dog & kitty foods), some batteries, and a new puppy chew toy. Found a great new Benebone too my pup loves, and it's a nice 6" diameter loop with a small bowl that you can put a little peanut butter in!! Anyway, the real story is with REBECCA, one of the associates that was so helpful!! She actually grated us on the way in the door, ot first interaction. We went to have the gentleman she pointed out to hello us get our feeds needed. He searched & found they were in but still unpacked on pallets, so we would unfortunately have to go to another store. But then as we were heading to go, Rebecca was right there again asking if we found what we needed. We explained to her what we were told and we'd have to go to the other store in Cottonwood. She asked us to give her just one moment, and poof, the ALL feed we needed was being brought out!!! I could not have been happier!! She was so professional, always pleasant & courteous, and I could tell she worked well with her team there this day!! I asked if she was the manager with all I'd seen, and she said she wasn't, although she told me she loved working there and was close to being there a year!! What a FANTASTIC visit this was, and I really do feel all the associates at this store really do their very best & a GREAT JOB every visit!! REBECCA, hands down has shown me the best ever customer service ANYWHERE, deserves recognition, a raise, a promotion, and maybe even a position with management!!!
