Aaron, Noel, Trusting and Jacob came out to my home when my water heater exploded and flooded my home. They cleaned up the water and checked for damage. They were polite and thoughtful throughout tair out. Cleaned up as they went so there was not a large mess from tair out. They kept me informed of what they were doing and why, and what to expect next throughout the process. They were very thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. I could not of asked for a better team of people to help me during this usually stressful situation. They made things run smoothly while being kind, considerate and helpful. Aaron Rogers was on time and always called proir to showing up on location. He was very professional and quick to respond to minimize the damage to my home. 1st Call Restoration is the way to go. 1st Call is all you need from cleanup to putting your life back together. 1st Call is also putting in my new floors after my water heater failed. I can't forget Tim, the operations manager, he also has answered every call and every question. He never leaves a customer hangin. We were very satisfied with 1st Call Restoration. Jamie worked her magic to get the initial inspection scheduled and a team sent to our residence to begin the clean up as soon as possible. The mitigation services performed by Jacob, Adam and Bryan were very thorough. All staff members were professional, courteous and respectful. They worked well with the homeowner to get the job completed to everyone's satisfaction. I would recommend 1st Call to friends and neighbors needing similar services.
