Hi Bob Dress, I am not sure what went wrong to have earned a 1 star rating. When I schedule free estimates if the repair/job is small and doesn't take too long I usually repair it the same day. But, if the repair/job is larger and is something that is going to take hours to repair or I have a scheduled appointment that I need to go to I generally schedule the repair for another time. When I listen to your voicemail you thanked me and told me that you have decided to use someone that could fix it right then. It didn't sound like you were disappointed and that I earned a 1 star.For the past 20+ years I have a work guarantee and also take my online reviews seriously. I want to make sure that all of my customers are happy with my work. On Angi (formerly Angies List) I have a 4.8/5 rating from 98 verified customers. I also have a 4.76/5 rating with 38 reviews on Home Advisor and 4.9/5 stars with 33 reviews on Yelp.
