        I have always been pleased with the food and service until yesterday. While dining I overheard one employee talking to another employee. The manner in which this employee spoke to the other employee was very disrespectful and downgrading. I assume it was a manager speaking with one of his team member. Shame on him!! The way he spoke with her LOUDLY and humiliating her in front of other coworkers where everyone could hear was very unprofessional. Sir, you need management training. What is wrong with you and why are you holding your position with terrible communication empathy that you greatly lack. You had the poor woman in tears and I overheard you tell her to stop crying! Again shame on you! I wish I knew your name. All I know is you're the short guy with tattoos. Shame shame shame.
