Hello, yesterday I had a bitter experience in this place (03/18/24) it turns out that my appointment to unload was at 1 am and I arrived at 9:40 am. I admit that I arrived late to the place due to I was wrong thinking that the unloading was at 1 pm and I arrived at 9:40, as previously mentioned, I admit that. What I think is not right is that after they tell you to enter the facility, you have to wait for a door more than 14 hours for them to unload you and with everything and that many times I went to the office and
The only thing they told me was that I had to wait until the end. I had to talk to a supervisor at 1:30 am on the 19th and explain to him what time I was there and that's how the man sent me to a door on the 29th and I finished. to unload at 2:40 am (the odyssey) I just tell you to have a little more consideration towards us drivers because we are also human beings and not machines, we also need to bathe and feed ourselves to be able to continue working as much as you do, thank you.
