        Staff wouldn't wait on us. There were 3 people behind the counter; they wouldn't even make eye contact or simply say "be with you in a couple minutes". They disappeared to the back of the store. We waited for 5 minutes and then left and went to a competitor. We have liked dining here in the past. I do hope this was a one off

        I asked for no chicken in my salad. Unfortunately when I got home, I found chicken in my salad. I dont eat meat so this was upsetting. I feel like I have to pay extra attention when my salad is being made, cuz clearly your staff doesnt pay attention or listen. This has happened before at other locations and I especially dont do deliveries for Cafe Zupas cuz I dont trust you guys to not put meat in my food when I specifically ask for no meat. Please teach your staff to listen.

        Every time we order out here something is incorrect. We ordered food for 4 today and two out of the four were wrong, or missing something.
