        Terrible experience! The doctor is nice but the staff is incredibly incompetent. They got my prescription wrong and were unhelpful in correcting it. They overcharged me at the office and then tried to bill me again (a second overcharge). Their billing department is non existent because they were bought out, and the office staff use this as an excuse and do nothing to help. They dont follow up when they say they will, and the manager should really work on her nonexistent people skills. We never received any acknowledgment/apology for all the inconvenience. If you like being overcharged hundreds of dollars, then give it a go, but I will definitely not be returning!

        Do not trust these people. They ripped me off by telling me they were ordering a nine month supply of contacts for over $600. I received a 90 day supply for one eye, and 180 day supply for the other eye. Gladys was the one who misrepresented what she ordered. I can't stand baitand switch, but that is what they do here. Watch out,, or get ripped off.
