I cannot say enough good things about Katie! She made our home buying process easy from start to finish. Katie is extremely thorough, which I appreciated a lot. She was always kind when we talked on the phone, she never rushed me through our conversations and took the time to explain things to me when I had questions, and she is always very quick to respond to you via email, phone calls, or texts. Katie deserves more than 5 stars. She perfects the mortgage process to make it enjoyable and smooth. Her communication is above par as she makes sure nothing is missed. I highly recommend Katie for any purchase or refi.
