Just remembered why I go to Jersey Mikes lately. Pre-ordered two sandwichs three hours ago on the mobile app come to pick up at the time I said still had to wait 10 minutes later.

When you read all the reviews from this place and read the responses, it seems demeaning and sounds like pandering. It's like the responses are "cut & pasted" from one response to the next, slightly altered, but very insensitive responses. When your time and money are taken away, there really is nothing to make up for it, not loyalty, no second chances, and certainly no the possibility of swallowing something the could have done some intestinal damage. Food is a precious thing that everyone has taken for granted. Food is part of our lifestyle and what we choose for our health. The time and preparation it takes is paid for by the patrons, why cut corners? Why sacrifice a possible lawsuit for simple negligence? When time and money is taken away, it's stealing. You will never regain trust again.
