        I am a small business owner and I Strive to give good customer service, I give appointment reminders a day ahead and I am flexible and affordable. Modern Degree was all that and more. They didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't necessary. They let me know if concerns but in a none pressuring way. Easy to pay online afterwards. They were on time. Trust me I have dealt with A/C companies, I've owned this gas for 22 years. I'm experienced not so great ones in the past. I will stick with Modern Degree and have already referred them to a friend. Keep up the good work. Customer service is important in my book Service: A/C system maintenance
