Family Dentistry of Buckeye

I ended up moving to Dr. Lovette with the help of Jennifer. Those two ladies did the best on my teeth. I have two new crowns perfectly set. A couple other things fixed. And she offered me great advice for my next step in the process of braces that Im needing to take. I know it might be funny to say. But I really felt like I was going to a spa when I went in with these two. They relax you and you always walk out feeling better because you know youre bettering yourself. Dr. Lovette will give it her 110% ALL the time. Love her commitment!

I was a patient of the office for about 15 years and never had a complaint until recently. I cannot say everyones experience will be the same but a year or so ago my appointment was rescheduled a couple times due to the office needing to reschedule. No biggie I just went somewhere else and no when I tried to go back I have to been seen for an exam and then come back for a cleaning. Which is fine if that is the new protocol. I however cannot take 2 days off of work so I will just have to go to another office. Again loved going here but its been impossible to be seen easily.

Really bad experience from Kimberly who says she is the office manager. They first made a mistake trying to verify my insurance. When I asked a few questions to make sure they were using the correct insurance I was met with extreme rudeness. And was told that I did not have insurance from Kimberly. Another staff member came in and told me that everyone else in my family was insured but I was not. I then asked for my options to move forward. And was told I could pay cash or I could go home to contact my insurance myself and that i would not be charged for this visit. I chose to go home. I said thank you to everyone on the way out. They were nice. On my way out Kimberly was very rude again. When I got home I called my insurance provider to verify my insurance. I do have insurance and we verified everyone one in my family by date of birth. I called back to Family Dentistry and asked to speak to the office manager. Kimberly answered and was very rude again. I asked for a receipt or letter that showed I was not going to be charged for the visit and xray that day. She said she would send me a bill showing I owed zero. I also informed her that I did have insurance. She asked if I was going to make another appointment I told her I'd have to call back after I looked at my availability. I was very disappointed with her attitude but was satisfied that I'd get confirmation that I would not be charged. A short time later I received a phone call from Kimberly. She proceeded to tell me that she was looking into my insurance and that I was indeed insured but that the insurance company has my DOB wrong. I told her that I just talked with them and they had the correct DOB. She then rudely said she was looking right at it and could show me. I then told her that I just wanted to the letter showing that I would not be charged. She was again extremely rude and almost hostile that she would not be sending anything. At this point I was done speaking with her and asked to speak with her supervisor. She said she was the boss. I asked again and she said that there was no one higher than her. I told her I just wanted the letter and to speak to the doctor. She told me that I was NOT going to talk to the dentist. A few more times of me asking to speak to someone else, she then hung up on me. There is NO reason that I should have been treated this way by her. It is extremely unprofessional and I am concerned that someone like this has access to my personal information. I will be following up on this matter. Update: I received a notice from my insurance company that they billed them for services. Kimberly told me I didn't have insurance and I wouldn't be charged. This is why I was asking for a letter that I would not be charged. She billed my insurance after all that

I have been coming here for years! I have been coming here long enough to see two dentist come and go and now the new dentist is also great. Staff is friendly and welcoming, I recommend Family Dentistry of Buckeye to everyone who asks about a good dentist.

Very nice people work there. I dont like the dentist in general but in Family Dentistry of Buckeye I feel comfortable like I am among friends
