Sandstone Oral Maxillofacial Surgery

I didnt find this office professional and friendly like others are commenting. They didnt care to go over the post care of wisdom tooth extraction for me. Dentist didnt come in to ask if I had any questions till after my mouth was numb and full of guaze leaving me unable to speak properly if I did want to ask any questions. When I asked about concerns I have with nerve damage he said its your choice which I understood is my choice but better information would be helpful then just answering with its your choice. The assistant didnt even know the answer to if I can use zero alcohol mouth wash afterwards. They didnt go after any after care just handed me an envelope and gauze in a bag. Also as a specialist you would be able to answer the questions of nerve damage better due to having better equipment. They didnt take their time to do any more scans just went by the one x ray and called it a day leaving me with the huge option of permanent nerve damage or possible infection due to half the tooth being extracted not the whole tooth. I chose this place due to my referral and ins covering it. But had I known they arent professional or willing to answer questions and concerns I would go somewhere else.

Dr. Bethers is great. I was nervous for a small procedure and he made it easy, quick and painless. He was thorough and knowledgeable. The office itself and his staff are very welcoming. Happy with my results.

The admin and nursing staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. That is true of the doctors as well. I had such a good experience with them.

The staff was very pleasant and so was doctor he went over everything answered any concerns I mightve had and my procedure seem so quick and I barely had any swelling or bleeding and I had 3 extractions that day. Best experience ever I had at dentist office

Talk about a killer team that Dr Bethers has put together. The team here is friendly and accommodating. They actually listen to you and care about what you got going on. Dr Bethers and Melissa make one hell of a team. He gets in there, gets it done, and Melissa is like the nurse that just makes you feel comfortable and at ease before and after surgery. Again, your staff here are ALL great, and the service is second to none. Would recommend this place to anyone that needs to have work done. Appreciate the kindness and hospitality Team Sandstone.
