John did an amazing job working on our car. He has a great attention to detail (even down to the satisfying vacuum lines on our mats) and was very helpful at answering any questions I had. Where to start? Firstly, our car looks fabulous. Like it is fresh from the lot! Even the "new car" smell, which I normally don't care, is subtle and adds to the feeling of newness. Secondly, and probably more importantly, John did the work in 108 degree heat with a smile and a great attitude. A great product and a great person. That's pretty hard to find these days. John was awesome - communication and coordination was on point from the moment we set our appointment. He was prompt and thorough - even was able to come earlier after checking if that worked for us! My car was sparkling and smelled so good when he was done! He even got all the dog hair out of the cargo space and left pretty vacuum lines in its place - I was amazed! My friends said it looked brand new! I almost didnt want to put the kids car seats back in! . If you are going to spend the money to get your car detailed - spend it with Ryde-n-shine!
