Maybe it was just me, but last two times? Maybe not... Ordered an 8 piece family meal. Waited 28 minutes, to be charged 39.40 some pennies for a 12 piece after ordering 8, when I said something about 40$ for an 8 piece, tried to convince me I'd ordered 12. Not in the mood for another debate, paid, left politely. Upon arriving home, I find my fresh chicken, to be not so fresh. Like yesterday's. Being perturbed, I phoned, intent on venting, I was promptly dismissed with a sorry, but we are busy. CLICK. The snot nosed brat, after burning me on chicken, burned me!!! Furious, I had to do some meditation, yoga, mma's, kata's etc... Just to make this post.almost twelve hours later.

Drive thru: Quickly received my food. Cashier was kind & professional. My food: asked for the 3 piece box meal. Food was hot, but VERY greasy & a bit soggy. I could tell it was under the light for a while. It tasted good as long that i pulled off the skin.. the skin is the best part but it wasn't the case this time.

These people are out of three out of four things that you order. My food said on the counter 5 t010 minutes without me knowing it. I pulled out $100 bill and it seemed to scare the cashier had no way of breaking 100 without a customer self. And food has a very very strong Taste of baking soda.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Out of mac chz, large cups, freeze flavors, no milk, no juice, popcorn chicken was ROCK hard just mainly breading...so hard in fact my 2 toddlers couldn't even eat it and didn't want it! It was rock hard. Got 4 bean burritos and the beans definitely hadn't been cooked/heated all the way...was like eating sand, but bean flavor. Disgusting, and I'm livid I spent $25 here. DO. NOT. STOP. HERE. Young kids playing around and could care less about their job.

We stopped here to eat dinner, and the first thing I noticed is how filthy the rest room was then I ordered our over priced food. Once I received our food, the first thing I noticed is I didnt have the the honey for the biscuits and the honey mustard for the chicken strips, that I asked for at the time I ordered, so I went to the counter to get help; It took awhile to get help because many employees were in the back talking while one employee was taking orders out front, but this one employee helped me once she was freed up, yet once I set down I noticed that the biscuits were so hard that it was hard to separate them to even put honey on them without them falling apart. I told one of the older men on the crew, when he finally came out from the back, but when I told him how hard the biscuits were, he just told me thank you, but didnt offer to replace them or even apologize. Ive been to this restaurant before, and it was good, but this time, it was far from it!
