Ordered Picnic meal. 1 pound Brisket plus a half rack of ribs. 2 sides
The Brisket was Pulled not sliced. Never have I seen that before and never want to again. Did not say pulled Brisket and pulled pork was on menu.
Ribs were the smallest poorest cut of ribs. Small and broken. A small pill of loose bones and meat.
The final straw came when our Dogs would not EAT this BBQ.....
Again INEDIBLE.
