The process of purchasing the car was not a terrible experience but their lack of communication has been frustrating since purchasing my car. Before I left the lot with my car the salesman told me there was a piece broken inside and that the part would be there in a few days, and they would call me to schedule getting it fixed. It has been 3 weeks now and they have not called me once. I have reached out to the dealership on multiple occasions and a few times didnt get any information, and this past time they told me the part was delayed and isnt in yet. I am patiently waiting as its not an important part by any means, but its frustrating to be so out of the loop.
