Chris, the Guard working at Urban Walk has now twice reported to the office that I was in violation of community standards.
Ok, I accidentally left one small bag of trash on my porch which is only visible if you walk by.
Yesterday on the 22 I just cleaned up plasterboard and insulation from a ceiling leak and both bags were left outside for 2 minutes.
I was taking them to the dumpster were we briefly talked . He knows me. After returning from the dumpster we talked about a recent stranger who did not belong at Urban Walk the previous week.
He used such profanity f-this and f-that. He swore like a trucker.
After our small talk I introduced myself shook hands and told him which Apt I lived in. In the morning when I took my dog out at 5:30 am there was another pink violation sheet laying on the ground.
The time of the infraction was 2003 or 8:03pm. 2 minutes before he saw me taking the trash out.
I am going to talk to our Manager and let her know of his potty mouth and petty enforcements.
I never see him close the only pedestrian gate. It stands wide open most nights. I never see him make rounds. He just sits on the above ground transformers.
