        I ordered a Black Forest ham salad. When the young man was done making it I noticed the bowl was a quarter full at best. I kindly asked him to put lettuce on top. This is a $9 salad. I get home and had I not asked for the lettuce there wouldnt have been a salad. Zero lettuce in the bowl except for what I had to ask for. He didnt cut up the ham at all. He put full slices in the bowl. What happened to the way subway makes their salads. He needs to be retrained. Completely unacceptable. I have a picture of the ham not cut/sliced but I dont see how to upload it. The shorter young man was very personable. Im upset due to his attitude and inability to put lettuce in the bowl.

        It takes an act of god to even get a worker to respond because they're in the back avoiding potential customers. If someone comes in at 12:00 which is noon that usually means they're on their lunch break and last time I checked I didn't know people got two days for lunch break I thought it was either 30 minutes or 45 minutes but your employees want to hide behind the counter for 25 minutes and then walk out as everybody's pissed off and leaving and then ask what they want. If you want food don't come here cuz you'll never get it
