Waste of my time. Took all my information and to only withdraw from my case because it was out of state accident when I made that very clear from the start. Dont waste your time here! They have 2 initial persons you talk to only to be repeating yourself about your case and giving your info over and over again! 3 different attorneys call you and at the end they werent able to help! Wasted a whole week of my time. O STARS!

This is the worst lawyer office/legal team to work with. I know is not necessarily Rafis fault it self, because he doesnt handles your case personally, but he does need to pay attention to the people he hires and his team. To start with, I have never, and I mean never ever received a call back from the team handling my case, everytime I needed an update I had to contact them. I started the case back in January and all the updates I gotten is because I have called my self. I always get transferred to Lisa Gonzales to leave a voice mail, she is the paralegal, she never, and I mean never returns calls, I have to reach the advocacy team in order to talk to someone, and I been able to do that because I stay on the line refusing to hang up and get a call back. Do not use this office do not hire them as your attorney. Go somewhere else where you get the attention and customer service you and your case deserves. I honestly cant wait until Im done with the case so that i never have to deal with them again. First time I worked with an accident attorney and the experience has just been horrible. Very disappointed.
