        Just went here for an oil change at noon on Saturday because I had such a positive experience the last time. This time, not so much. As I was getting out of my car, I was greeted by the one of the rudest employees Ive ever encountered at any business anywhere. Started barking orders at me (pop the hood, leave the keys etc.) I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills. He said, ok. On the way in I realized I still had the key fob in my hand so I turned around to walk back and put it back in my car when it suddenly dawned on me there was another Jiffy Lube a mile away. I said, Im going to go to the other Jiffy Lube. To which he replied, dont forget to shut your hood. Who hired this guy?

        These guys told me they couldnt do a transmission flush because my 2018 Camry le 2.5 l was a cvt engine. I went to Gruelichs they knew it wasnt and did the service for cheaper price. Dont recommend this spot they obviously dont know what theyre talking about !
