No Acknowledgment from anybody when entering Serviced by the manager, very rude did not make me feel welcome to whatsoever. Felt like I was a burden or a bother to her being There. Although I only ordered a cub meal, there was literally like three pieces of broccoli and two pieces of meat lol I asked for vegetables and place of rice and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait for them to cook them on my lunch break I opted out would not recommend going to Location. I know I wont ever again.

I ordered on Easter Sunday, said they would be open at 9:30 and my order would be ready by 9:45 AM, got there at 9:45 and it wasnt even open yet. Waited in the rain while trying to get to work, called them when I finally seen someone pull up and took me like 5 calls for them to finally answer and he said that nobody else was there and my food wouldnt be ready for another hour I asked for a refund which he couldnt do, because hes not a manager so he took my number down and said he would have someone call me back, nobody called and now Im calling the next day, have already called several times and nobody can answer the phone. Seriously so inconvenient and annoying.

Waited 20 minutes for food and they didnt give me my 6 rangoons in the bag and nobody will answer my call the phone goes str8 to voicemail

Help me understand this, the cook goes on break at 1PM, theres only 3-5 items to choose from until the cook gets back. Anytime between 11AM - 2PM is the lunch rush. So we formed a line inside of the store waiting for the cook to return. No saying the cook doesnt deserve a break, but the timing is wrong!
