Hi, my name is MM Klaar. My husband Michael and I are from Portland, OR. One year ago yesterday we signed on the dotted line for our David Weekley home. Our experience has been nothing but positive! We bought our home from a fabulous young woman by the name of Bre Bachman. Due to the pandemic, and my husband recovering from Cancer, we were unable to fly to Avondale to view our home in person. So, working with Bre she took us on a tour of our home using Face Time and from there we eventually fell in love with our home and purchased it. We purchased our home a year ago yesterday. From the start Bre went above and beyond anything that we could of asked for. We never heard the word no from her. It was with her help that from Portland we were able to tackle many issues that with another realtor may have gone unaddressed. From pulling and spraying weeds to keep us from getting fined by the HOA to measuring for my furniture Bre was an absolute Angel in helping us not only avoid a fine but allowed me to choose the furniture for my living room. She went above and beyond anything that I believe a normal realtor would do. We would purchase from her over and over again! She has become not only the best realtor ever but a beloved friend in the process. But I cant stop there. We also had assistance from a young man by the name of Kyle. Again an amazing help in our transition from Portland to Avondale. Kyle was paramount in getting the fans for our home, making certain that our cars were delivered safely and in our garage locked up tight. Especially my husbands beloved 56 Nomad. No or question was too big for Kyle. Thanks to him we had peace of mind at a very stressful time in our lives. He continues to be an asset to David Weekley Homes. But I am not done yet! I cant talk about our home buying experience without mentioning our dear Hannah. She has over the past year tirelessly worked on our behalf making sure that everything was tip top and in order regarding not only our home but our landscaping as well. Hannah was prompt in addressing any issues or concerns no matter how small or large they may have been. She was an advocate for us in fixing cupboard doors, replacing a dead tree and so much more. She too has added to one of the best home buying experiences of our lives. And last but not least is Meagan. Meagan didnt sell us our home but she was and still is a great go to person if Bres not available for any questions I may have regarding our home and our community. Meagan also works tirelessly with Bre in planning and carrying out community events to bring our amazing and close-knit community together. She too is another reason wed buy a David Weekley home over and over again. I have been meaning to write to David Weekley to let you know how amazing your staff in Alamar truly is. They are without a doubt the best, most loyal, and most hardworking group of young people we have ever encountered.
