Way over priced. As soon as I walked in, there was a worker all over me Following me around and kept suggesting items that I should buy which I didn't appreciate.
When I asked for specific products I know they make, because I have bought them aylt other stores who sale their products none if the workers knew what I was talking about.
I own a local company that offers mobile detailing and usually buy all of our products from a different vendor. I went in hoping to find a good place to get detailing products from but their products are way over priced.

Had someone key my car came in on 3/7/24 to get some advice on getting this key scratch out. Andre helped me out he went to my car saw the mark tried a compound then buffed it out. Now all the scratches did not come
out but majority of them came out. For Andre to take time to help me out was awesome. Hi highly recommend Chemical Guys in Avondale I buy all my products here. Hats off Andre thank you so much

I came in at 6:20p on a Saturdray to get my normal supplies.
Woman greeted me and asked me if I've been here and if I am looking for something in specific. They ask every customer walking in which is perfectly fine. I replied and said I've shopped before and I'm looking at this and pointed at said product. This was about 20 seconds into the store. No big deal. Business as usual.
Out of nowhere, this big black guy talks right behind me and said I shouldn't be disrespecting a woman like that. I said "what", turned around and saw this guy in a Chem Guys shirt that every employee wears. He repeats himself. I tell him off and gesturing at him that I responded to her and even gestured at the product. He said "I don't care, don't disrespect women like that. You're being rude." Clearly this employee doesn't listen to customers. A short argument begins and I said to myself I had enough of this. I'm here simply to buy another bottle of HydroSuds soap that I ran out of, and not even a minute into the store I get the absolute worst customer service I have ever came across. I'm being disrespected right as I come inside.. there's no way in hell I'll ever come back. I made it clear to the guy I'm never stepping foot into this hostile shop again.
He didn't greet me and asked me if I needed help. This guy has no busineses talking to me. Absolute lack of customer service, no situational awareness at all. If you're a mananger or a franchisee owner reading this, go look at your security tape and make sure this guy doesn't work here again. Absolute nonsense. If you're the manager or the franchisee, go get yourself a reality check and don't ever talk back to customers again. I was in and out of the store in no more than 3 minutes, with a horrible experience that I wish no one else receives.
This review doesn't go against anyone else who has helped me here. It's all on this the big black guy. Spent some money here on my visits, but that's the last time I'll ever be back. It's a hostile environment and the employee doesn't want me there. Why would I ever support this store again? I get a no-hassle, no-haggle buying expereince at the Walmart down the street that supplies the same products.
