        The people that work here, no educationat at all and the chinise lady look like she want to kick me out,. Becarefull with the people that work at this bank. And with other people shes acting all nice.

        Went in to just ask some questions regarding a savings account and got help on opening a checking account and getting my debit card! Amazing service 10/10. Went very fast too.

        I was treated so poorly and racial discriminatioed against. I was in line with two people ahead of me when I noticed that they had a business line. I was doing business banking so I got in that line. They proceeded to call everyone in the opposite line before me. Not to mention there was one Hispanic guy before me in the business line. They took him before everyone else. Had me standing there until they cleared they waited on everyone in the personal banking line. I had to tell my self this is the cost of doing business while black at this branch.

        Before I post, I realize that banks do a lot of their business on line. At the same time you charge fees where other banks dont. And Ive been in banks that charge less and they seem to have their banks staffed when its necessary. Walked in today Saturday. Busy day, was happy to see 2 tellers but it still took to long to do my transaction that had to be done at a teller. You think that you would want a great experience when you come into a business. Seems like you dont care, pandemic is over
