I had $5,000 in work done at this location on my 1982 Caprice Classic. After I got my vehicle, I got under it to check and see if things I got fixed, we're fixed. I noticed transmission oil leaking. I gave a call to the store (Mark) and was told to bring it in. He told me the issue was my transmission shifter (I'm sorry if I'm not saying the part correctly) was leaking. It would be another $500 to fix the leak. I asked him if any warranty pertained to it because they just did transmission work on my vehicle. I was told that specific part, they didn't have to touch/look at when doing said transmission work. Understandable. So I got the work done. I also asked if they can check the oil light because it was still on my dash ever since I first got it back from them, I was told don't worry about it lol (even though it wasn't on when I first took them the vehicle) again , cool I'll figure it out. So after I get my vehicle this last time, it's time to renew my tags, which consisted of me having to go through emissions. I went through and failed due to my HC being too high. High HC is usually too much fuel in exhaust. Which let me know I most likely needed a entire tune up (which is listed on my paper work as being done lol) So, I called Joes Auto and yet again spoke with Mark. I asked him hey is there anything you guys could do, I failed emissions could you guys look at it again for me (I know most places charge you to look at the vehicle for failing emissions, was thinking maybe because I spent nearly over 5 grand with the business they would help) they didn't. I was told he would call me back and I'm still waiting on that call till this day lol I eventually just came outta pocket at another shop for said tune up and ended up passing emissions. All in all, the people who work the computers and do the paperwork that I interacted with, they were nice. I don't think this place means any bad business (maybe I'm delusional) But to spend so much money and daily emissions right after while also still having your transmission fluid leaking is annoying lol that's all. I attached a picture I took from 3-30-2024. Just my experience though! Go try this shop out for yourself!

I am new to the area and didn't know where to take my car that needed work done ASAP. I called them after several failed attempts at dealerships. Mark got me in right away and was very helpful and communicative. They were honest and answered all of my questions. Over exceeded my expectations! I will always take our vehicles there for work!

This is my second time at Joe's Auto on 107th Avenue. The first time was on my Mother's 2000 Chrysler Concorde with 33,000 miles on it. It needed tie rod work. Other auto chains were terrified of it and said that it would break and the car would be totaled trying to fix it. Joe's took the car, never said a word, got it fixed, and I was on my way. Now yesterday I was there for my transmission fluid to be changed. Again other national chains were afraid of any transmission over 75,000 miles. The ones that would do it were priced terribly. Joe's got it done at fraction of the price. In fact I just stopped in and he took me same hour. Highly recommend this small chain. Good and affordable! Thanks!
