Fix Auto Avondale

The office staff was very nice and stayed in touch throughout the process. However the paint job was not up to par and there was remnants of rubbing compound inside and out everywhere. It took an hour for me to clean the inside to get all of the rubbing compound off the interior. Also the face of the radio in my Jeep Cherokee is now damaged and was not prior to the repair.

I found loose bolts on my struts after needing to replace the lower control arms. I won't bring my truck back to this shop they have lost my trust.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I trusted these people to fix my vehicle after a collision that was covered by the person at fault's insurance. They fixed the cosmetic damage but returned my vehicle in worst shape mechanically. Vehicle stalled the day I picked it up and never ran the same. Not only did they refuse to fix it, they refused to acknowledge that the error was caused by the collision and therefore my vehicle ended up in worst shape after trusting these people with it. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR RATING, THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL TO WORK WITH.

I loved this feature because this shop was almost 40 minutes away so I didn't have to go out there twice. My SUV paint repairs came out great. Quick easy process.
