        My husband went in today to fix his watch and the owner was kind enough to stay before closing to fix the watchband at no charge!!! Bless his heart!! we would recommend him and he definitely gained a new customer!

        I needed to replace my watch band. The minute I walked into the door, I felt welcome. The can do enthusiastic atmosphere made me feel like a valued customer. I was able to have my watch fixed while I waited. I am pleased with the great customer service.
