The lady there was super friendly! I was also stoked to see they happened to have Dive Mini nectar collector heads, which are normally online only for me. Fair prices!

I used to go to this shop often. Every two weeks, like clockwork, I would purchase a 6 Oz cannister of Bugler Tobacco. I never had any issues with the shop nor the staff and they were actually quite friendly. However I ended up having an incident with the establishment that caused me to cease doing business with them. The last occasion I shopped there, no papers were present in the tobacco cannister I purchased. Clearly this is not the owner of the shop's fault and was an error at the factory. However, a retailer *is* responsible for the product they sell. For example, if I purchase a Television from Target and the manufacturer failed to include the remote control, I would well expect the retailer to either exchange the item or to furnish me with a replacement remote. Of course an exchange is not possible with tobacco products as I well understand, but the shop was unwilling to replace the papers- to a customer who had been regularly shopping there for 18 months, and every two weeks purchasing 30 dollars worth of tobacco. As if I am trying to pull one over on the owners by scamming them for a two dollar packet of rolling papers whereas every other interaction I had with them was pleasant and mutually-beneficent. And to be honest, it was really quite insulting that the owner would insinuate that I was either lying about the absence of rolling papers or that I was trying to cheat them out of perhaps the cheapest item they sell- some caper that would be! Instead of making things right, replacing the missing papers and retaining a customer who would have ended up continuing to spend $780 dollars per year at their establishment, the owners lost not only me as a customer, but anyone I would have since referred. This is a classic example of how *not* to conduct business. Let it be a lesson to the owners of this shop and anyone interested in going into business for themselves: rectify any reasonable request by a customer and you will keep them as a client and gain any commerce that customer sends their way.
