MyPlace Self Storage

When I signed up for storage on the first day there was confusion as to the exact unit I was to receive. This error caused an issue with entrance to the facility after hours as the gate code did not transfer to the correct unit. This resulted in my being mistakenly denied access so I had to reschedule part of a move. In addition, during a visit to the unit there were homeless people living in several of the storage units. How they miss that with all the surveillance cameras they have in place is beyond be. My opinion here is it's simply oversight or laziness on behalf of the staff or both. I was unfortunately late on a payment as we're all going through tough financial times out here and they assessed a $20 late fee simply to extort money from me. Many companies resort to such tactics to make an extra buck from someone's misfortune and this company is no different. There are also approximately 3 signs on the place with different names due to corporate mergers/acquisitions so that's confusing when you're attempting to find the place. Altogether a piss poor establishment that I would recommend that you avoid.

The woman at the front office (forgotten her name) was extremely helpful and friendly. Storage grounds were clean and neat. Facility has an abundance of surveillance camera's and monitoring equipment. I felt that my belongings will be safe while being stored there. Keep up the fantastic work.

Great place. All my items were properly taken care of. Friendly staff who always want to assist you. Would recommend 100%
