        I would highly recommend this location. They are friendly, through and explain things in full detail. I ask a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them. The Doctor at this location is extremely thorough and explains things in a way you can understand. .

        My frames broke this morning. I went into America's Best without an appointment and received excellent service right away. Both Karilyn and Denise were fantastic! So polite and helpful. They found the exact frames I needed. I paid for them, Denise put my old lenses into the new frame, and we were done. I highly recommend America's Best, and in particular this location.

        I would give this company a 1, however the people at the store brought my review up to a 3. Currently dealing with a customer care rep via email and they are arguing with me and being very rude. Sadly the 3 customers they had this month (myself, my mom and brother) will not be returning. Possibly not getting our glasses at all! So very annoyed with how this company customer service is outside their store.

        Expect to get delayed over and over. Wait 20 mins for every appointment and them to not honor an appointment when you have one if they don't want to stay and get it done. Isn't worth the savings if there is any.
