        Kopp Knives is the real deal. Todd, the owner, is not only incredibly kind but also a true expert in his craft. His shop is a treasure trove of unique finds. I brought in four of my higher end knives for sharpening (Benchmade, Microtech, Spyderco) and Todd quickly brought them all to a razor's edge. This place is a hidden gem, and I'll absolutely be returning.
