This review is long overdue, but needs to be done. I have been working with Leigh Schmidbauer for awhile now and have had to make several changes with my policies over time and she is an absolute rockstar of an agent! I hope we continue to have a great relationship for many years to come. She is hard working and gets things done quickly. If youre needing a new agent, give her a shot!

I have tried cancelling my policy numerous times. My first attempt to cancel my policies were via email to Leigh on February 6, 2023. I was told that my auto policy was already cancelled and my home policy was set to cancel as well, so I assumed this had been taken care of. I sold the home on march 9, 2023. Since then, multiple staff from this office have bounced me around from person to person saying they are new and need to update my information so they can re-new my policy. Nearly a year later, I am still trying to cancel my policy. This process has been very disorganized and I am deeply unsatisfied with this insurance company. I originally setup this policy through her husband and he was great when you want to set up a policy but if you have an accident or want to cancel, it is a nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
