        Behind in technology, there APP is less than, when you call for reoccurring issues each representative gives different answers. When you call there could be 0 callers ahead of you and a recording will come on that theyre experiencing high call volumes. Very misleading. I would give negative star reviews if i could

      Dear Amber, when expectations are not met, it can be frustrating. We are continually working to improve the products and services that we provide our members. For the last year, the Pinal County FCU team has targeted multiple areas to enhance your banking experience (The Online Banking changes from earlier this year were NOT part of this plan and was a forced change due to our Core Processor). In response, we decided to do a total systems upgrade - a strategic overhaul to enhance your traditional and virtual transactions with improvements to our mobile, online and telephone banking platforms, as well as our bill pay program. This update will take place June of 2024. We understand it is frustrating and appreciate your patience while we work to improve your member experience. Thank you for being a member and for sharing your feedback with us.
