        Car got broken in to as well as at least one other one that night. Manager on duty gave a non emergency police number but that was it. . . No cameras, no help. Didnt even come out to see anything or see if we needed assistance. Not cool. When I came in and told them after I found it, they said they knew and they hadnt called the law. . . Feel like that should of been the first thing they did Safety: Terrible

        Can you say PRICE GOUGING ? Just because you can doesn't mean you should, $255 a night for a room that is way beyond renovation stage and regardless of the price you need to teach your front desk staff how to speak friendly to guest, great customer service should be the easiest part of running a business but apparently big corporations don't care about the customer, only about the bottom line. You can do much better.

        Right off the highway, clean rooms, very quiet. Staff was really nice about a last minute booking and took the time to find my Hilton Honors account so I'd get the points.

        Dangerous area, staff could not find my reservations, I looked at three rooms till I found one I could sleep in. The hotel industry as a hole is in fast decline.

        Bathroom floors were filthy, the beds squeak, breakfast was lacking compared to other "free" breakfast offered at competing chains. The price was too high for what I received. No value here, look elsewhere. I will not be staying here again and I hope Hilton can make this right.
