        Coming into a new gym is always a little nerve wracking but both the owner Katie and all of the members are so welcoming and inviting it makes it really easy to get started. As for the workouts, I have never done anything like it. They make cardio enjoyable (for someone who hates it) and the strength training in a new form of challenging Ive never experienced. I have finally found a gym and workout that works for me and I cant recommend it enough!

        I did my first kickboxing class at FXB Anthem, and it was awesome! Even though it was challenging, the leadership Katie had while leading the class was inspiring. The group was encouraging, fun, and full of laughs. Definitely the place you go to feel part of a team environment. I will definitely be back!

        I joined FXB Anthem in January of this year not sure what to expect. I thought "sure, I will give it a try for a couple of weeks". I have attended over 130 classes and been at it for over 8 months!!! What a difference in my health, energy level, and self confidence. I look forward to going everyday. This is not just a place to work out, this is a community!! Such wonderful members and an awesome trainer. Thank you Katie for being there for all of us!!!!
