Always get the most watered down worst tasting drinks from this location driving further to a different Starbucks is always worth it for the better quality.

2 out of 2 times, I pre-ordered and paid the day before. They wrote the order in their book and when I arrived it was not ready!! When I asked the manager about my drinks she rudely snapped at me and told me to speak with the register or she would have no idea I am here for my order. SERIOUSLY? I ordered and paid the day before so I would not have to wait in line and have my drinks made AFTER I arrived. I was late to my meetings because I ordered the day before, paid and believed they would have it ready! Nope... never ever going to that starbucks again. Anthem has 3 others. MANAGEMENT is the biggest issue!

Horrible management on this shift. A company that takes so much money from people daily can't make change for people? We said we would go get the change for them and the manager said she was just going to throw our drinks away. So, instead of giving us the drinks and letting us get them the change, they needed she would rather waste and throw it all away. Get a better leader. The poor new employee was embarrassed.

Will not return to this location again. 2nd time we've purchased stale bitter coffee here. And we discarded our receipt.

This location doesn't give you a full cup of $5 coffee! FRAUD! (Is this a nationwide issue of fraud?) Out of cinnamon Dolce and Chocolate Peppermint Mocha most of the time. Inconsistent taste is also the norm at this location.
